Where the runway meets the street

Lacoste Fall/Winter 2014 was inspired by Chantaco, the French golf course built by Simone Thion de la Chaume, wife of René Lacoste, in the 1920s. The golf range’s deep green was translated into various shades of the color, from mint to moss that coexisted with navy, maroon and beige. Argyle was reinterpreted in modern ways on oversized knits, and jerseys were woven in pure wool, layered with nylon mesh that keeps Lacoste sporty and modern.
