Casa Mi by Studio Daluz/Gonzalez Architekten

Zurich-based architecture firm Studio Daluz/Gonzalez Architekten have designed Casa Mi, situated on the edge of Lake Zurich in Herrliberg, Switzerland. The three-story villa is comprised of multiple stacked forms that are merged via spacious stairways and open spaces. The lower level overhangs from the hillside on which it’s built, with the modern crisp white rectangular forms contrasting with its position in nature. The interiors are fittingly clean and modern, and make use of stone and concrete materials in cool tones.
