The UP Caffeine App Shows How Caffeine is Affecting Your Sleep Cycle

The new UP Caffeine App shows you how your caffeine addiction is affecting your sleep cycle. Created by Jawbone, the app works out the caffeine measurements in each of your favorite beverages, from a Starbucks coffee to a can of Diet Coke. This means by logging each drink you can keep a record of how much caffeine you’ve consumed. The app then rates you on a scale from “Wired” to “Ready to Fall Asleep.” The UP Coffee App works best when synced with the Jawbone fitness band, which can track your sleep movements and therefore analyze how your caffeine intake is affecting your sleep pattern.
