HHF Architects build House D, an all-concrete and wood home neatly situated in the expansive pastures of Nuglar, Switzerland. The ground floor features expansive glazed windows that blur the line between the inside and large lofted terrace. The home is simple and avoids the unnecessary but does host some unexpected design details: The ceiling is made from untreated hardwood while the floor is smooth concrete — an interesting flip.
