Where form meets function

London-based product designer Mathias Hahn presents Runcible, a set of wooden kitchenware made from solid hard maple. The minimalistic designs strip down the forms of these objects down to their very core, wholly revealing and focusing on their intended use instead of decorative style. Hahn’s intention was also to offer versatility, creating each kitchenware as “blanks” for the user to use however they see fit. The Runcible collection ranges from a spoon/scoop, spatula, cutting board, serving board/plates, and a bowl/grinder. View the products in the gallery above and see more of Hahn’s products here.
