Odin New York collaborates with prestigious Japanese eyewear brand Matsuda on a collection of handcrafted sunglasses. All Matsuda eyewear is crafted by hand in artisanal eyewear workshops in Japan using only the finest materials, including celluloid acetate, titanium, sterling silver, 18k solid gold and 22.5k gold plating. Celebrating Odin’s 10-year anniversary and Matsuda’s 25th year anniversary in business, the collection will launch with two limited edition styles: MXO-001 with metal frames and MXO-002 with acetate frames. Each will be offered in a range of colors including matte black, matte navy, antique gold and matte chestnut. The MXO-001 retails for $475 USD and is a squared aviator style with hand-lacquered details on the temples. The MXO-002 retails for $385 USD and is a classic silhouette with a keyhole bridge. In addition to Odin, the sunglasses collection will also be available at BOON THE SHOP in Korea and colette in Paris.
