Street Style: Mago Dovjenko in 3.Paradis, Marcelo Burlon, Balmain and Rick Owens

We met up with Mago Dovjenko to learn more about what it means to be an upcoming leader in the field of design. Clad in one of his signature outfits, Mago tops off his look with a pair of coveted headphones from B&O PLAY. With one focused on fashion and graphics and the other on audio, both take classic design elements and transform them into something entirely unique.

Now based in Cologne, Germany, fashion designer and graphic artist Mago Dovjenko thinks of his outfits as an expression of his feelings and mood. The outfit he is captured in here perfectly represents Dovjenko’s unique style, which is seen in his designs and illustrations as well. To quote the artist, “the keyword is ‘details'” and everything – from his earrings to the details on his jacket, trousers and tattoos – are representative of his character and style. Although only 20 years old, a who’s who of pop culture’s elite have already championed his work including A$AP Rocky, Swizz Beatz, G-DRAGON and Wiz Khalifa. In addition, the young designer has appeared on some of Germany’s top late-night shows like TV Total on Pro7 and Stern TV on RTL.

Dropping in on Mago, we see him in a 3.Paradis oversized bomber jacket, T-shirt by Marcelo Burlon x Pusha T, AQAQ oversized tee, Balmain trousers and Rick Owens sneakers. Perhaps over-the-top to many, Mago’s earned the ability to sport such iconic pieces thanks to his distinction as a unique visionary in the often overcrowded world of contemporary style. Topping off the street-friendly look are a pair of effortlessly chic BeoPlay H6 headphones. Regarding the cans, Mago related the following:

“Besides having a great sound, these headphones also have a top-notch look. Not only are they comfortably designed, but they’re also a perfect accessory to top any outfit with.”
