After teaming back this Fall/Winter 2014, Mark McNairy and Woolrich Woolen Mills release the lookbook for their Spring/Summer 2015 collection set in the Jurassic Period. According to the offerings, printed garments are here to stay: safari, plaid, madras and striped patterns adorn blazers, pullover anoraks, short-sleeve button-downs and drop-crotch bottoms. McNairy’s influence is evident as these typical WWM silhouettes are tweaked with an urban tailoring. Like the designer’s previous lookbooks, basic colors are offset by vibrant yellow hits on sneakers, boots and caps. Aside from this recurring element, however, we noticed a new theme in this collection: the repeated incorporation of navy hues. If urban workwear meets the outdoors is your current look, keep an eye out for this collection’s availability next year.
