Earlier today, Riccardo Tisci introduced his upcoming Givenchy Spring/Summer 2015 collection as part of Paris Fashion Week. Featuring a primarily color palette of black and white, the collection is strong and sharp, contrary to the loungewear prevalent in many of the other collections presented during this year’s PFW. Shoulders are defined, lapels are peaked, and the fit is snug — reminiscent of Tisci’s early collections for Givenchy. Additionally, graphic bands have been applied like warning tape, crisscrossing white shirts, bisecting polo shirts, or strapped across the backs of filmy windbreakers and stadium coats. To add some extra flavor to the show, Tisci also included a cast of top female models that included Irina Shayk, Candice Swanepoel, Adriana Lima and Isabeli Fontana in form-fitting looks.
