Vans have just announced a super limited collaboration with artist Christie Shinn, exclusively for the Japanese market. Although Canadian-born, Shinn’s adopted home of Hawaii is her primary source of inspiration, which she captures in bold and colorful illustrations of the islands’ distinctive flora and fauna. These eye-catching Slip-Ons feature the vibrant blossoms of the native plumeria flower and are matched with wood-effect insoles for an authentic Polynesian look. They’re only available in-store at Tokyo retailer Charlotte’s Shibuya and Shinjuku locations, so if you’re in the Japanese capital anytime soon, make sure you stop by to check them out.
