Pop Culture Iconography Recreated with Bicycle Parts

It’s great when you can find a creative use for all the little things you’ve collected over the years. For graphic designer, branding student and cycle enthusiast Jenny Beatty, that meant tackling the shelves and shelves of bike parts she’d accumulated over the years. With a clever eye, some nifty placement and some serious dedication, she set out to create a different brand logo, album cover, work of art, or popular film poster every day for 100 days using those spare bits and bobs. The results ranged from brands like adidas and OBEY, to Guinness, Jaws and even the work of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol. You can see some of the results here, and check out the rest over on her official website.
