Launched in Paris by Australian-born duo Agatha Kowalewski and Sarah Schofield, unisex streetwear brand ASSK unveils their Fall/Winter 2014 collection inspired by survivalists. A hardcore culture of “preppers” preparing for the end of life as we know it, the lookbook explores the theme of the apocalypse as a bit of a disappointment, with people roaming around waiting for nothing. Shot in New York by Christelle de Castro, and featuring locals Luca, Nelleke and Jay, who epitomize the brand, the collection is mostly indistinguished by gender. ASSK collaborated with artist Oliver Van Der Lugt on a tree camouflage print that features across the range, which is comprised of T-shirts, sweatshirts, luxe bomber jackets, oversized coats, skirts and shorts.
