After having worked recently with Brooklyn Projects, Nike SB continues its support of local stores and gets together with Rukus Board Shop. The two worked on the Nike Dunk Low Premium SB and the design of the iconic sneaker was inspired by a Louisiana delicacy – “Newsprint tablecloth paneling, corn yellow quilting and crustacean speckles on the Action Red suede of the upper. An SB Dunk as fresh as the Louisiana crawfish they’re inspired by.” The outcome is an eye-catching summer design, with most of the upper coming in red with bright yellow accents. Look out for a release in limited numbers from local skate shops and also Nike.com.
