Fall/Winter 2014, adidas
once again brings some of its finest recent running technologies together to create a limited release that delivers visual impact as much as it does performance. The Primeknit Pure Boost includes an advanced tooling system that features Boost technology and has no sock liner which allows you to stand directly on Boost cushioning for maximum comfort and responsiveness. Complementing the tooling is the remarkably light Primeknit upper, which features a combination of tight and open knit executions to create a breathable, form-fitting and subtly textured exterior. Completing the look is the latest iteration of adidas’s external heel cage.
For this Consortium edition of the Primeknit Pure Boost, the 3-Stripes brand releases two colorways that offer understated elegance. Firstly, an all-black upper, white tooling and heel tab, along with speckled laces, culminate in a shoe that is contemporary by nature. A second colorway of grey, white and red is inspired by one of adidas’s most loved archive runners, the ZX 500.
Coming in limited quantities, the adidas Primeknit Pure Boost will be available worldwide at Consortium stores including Darkside Initiative in San Francisco, No 74 Berlin and No 42 Paris beginning September 6.
