Out of the many products that have been created for Dover Street Market’s 10th anniversary, launching this Monday, September 1, the visvim collaboration is likely to be the most exclusive and talked about within the sneakerhead community. Riffing off their ubiquitous FBT sneaker-moccasin hybrid, the Japanese brand meticulously hand-painted polka dots on the cowhide suede uppers. Maintaining their preference for natural dyes, they have prepared them in Natural, Indigo and Cochineal. Another FBT variant features original brass and stone pieces, hand-studded onto cow leather uppers.
Extremely limited to just 16 pairs, the cow-hide polka dots retail for £525, while the studded leather is £655. Available in the revamped Basement floor of DSM London from this Monday.
