Art and design auctioneers Paddle8 are set to unveil a diverse range of design toys by street art legend KAWS. Tons of rare iterations of Brian Donnelly's iconic Companion figure are on offer; from pop culture infusions (including Tweety Pie, Darth Vader, Mickey Mouse and Boba Fett) to pieces from the dissected "Resting Place" and mourning "Passing Through" series. If the prices fetched for KAWS' work at NIGO's Sotheby's auction are anything to go by, the pieces will command quite the price tag.

Also included in the lineup are exclusive pieces from Jeff Koons, Ron English and Yoshitomo Nara (who's work for sale includes a bizarre fiberglass dog with built-in FM radio and Yamaha speaker system), alongside some choice selections from cult Japanese vinyl toy label Medicom Toy, in the form of their iconic Be@rbrick.

Budding art collectors should keep an eye on Paddle8 for potential bids. In the meantime, take a look at OBEY mastermind Sherphard Fairey's guide to starting an art collection.
