On Friday, November 13, Eagles of Death Metal were performing in Paris when gunmen opened fire on the crowd. That night 89 people lost their lives in the Bataclan in Paris and the evening turned out to be one of the saddest in history with over 130 people killed by terrorists, in an attack lead by ISIS. This week VICE founder Shane Smith sat down with Jesse Hughes and bandmate Joshua Homme to talk about those they lost, what happened that night, and to try to figure out what it is that they—and we—can do next. This is the first official interview of the band after the attack. Look out for the interview to premier this week on Vice.com.
