It was recently revealed that American pop icon Britney Spears would cover V Magazine‘s 100th issue. Despite some overzealous photoshopping, the shoot proves that Britney, now 34, has still got it.

Since we first saw Britney strutting her stuff as a 16-year-old naughty school girl in the jailbait-y music video for “…Baby One More Time” in 1999, the starlet’s sex appeal has been paralleled by very few. With the singer prepping to release of her ninth studio album along with a sold-out world tour, we look back at some of her most memorable magazine covers throughout the years.
