Eater’s “professional carnivore,” Nick Solares, heads to Mu Ramen in Long Island City to taste the most expensive steak in the world for yet another episode of The Meat Show.

The steak in question is a 400-day-dried cut of wagyu, which Nick samples sous vide, over sushi rice and even raw – because eating such ostentatious beef means nothing if done in isolation, devoid of perspective.
