Following earlier drops in “Black,” “Gym Red” and “White/Gum,” Nike is continuing the revival of its archetypal ’90s basketball sneaker, the Air More Uptempo, with a Scottie Pippen-inspired iteration.

The new shoes relive the summer of 1996 in which basketball legend Scottie Pippen led the nation on the hardwood in a pair in this colorway. The iconic shoe, designed by Wilson Smith, remains as patriotic as it gets with classic tones igniting the bold silhouette.

It comes complete with Pippen’s number 8 stitched on the heel, and the standard three visible Air sole units and the iconic, head-turning “Air” branding on the side.

The shoe is available on July 20 on Nike’s SNKRS app, which you can download over at the App Store and Play Store.

The Swoosh also recently brought back the Match Classic with beautiful tan brogue details.
