Inspired by Munich's elegant and opulent artistic style, the 40th Anniversary MCM Heritage Collection is another addition to MCM's birthday celebrations delving into the brand's vast archive to create a range inspired by old and new.

The collection features eight heritage models revived from the brand's unique archive. Each style comes in the classic cognac color with MCM's unmistakable Visetos print and monogram.

The Monaco is the brand's classic Satchel; the new version is almost identical to the original design. The Tambourine, formerly Suzie Wong, has been updated with the golden MCM plaque in the middle. The Matchsack, Backpack, Princess Kyoto and Princess Mini have been refreshed but maintain the look of their originals. The Patricia is a modern interpretation of the Patty Crossbody from the archives. Vanity Case is a new edition of the iconic, cognac-colored beauty case revealed for the first time this year at Coachella Festival.

MCM was founded in 1976; the brand specializes in luxury travel goods and accessories combining Western and Asian influences to create something contemporary and unique. The brand focuses on product innovation by dedicating itself to craft and quality materials to create functional accessories.

Throughout the years MCM has built a gallery of iconic imagery enriching its history. From a shot of supermodel Cindy Crawford posing on a mountain of suitcases to the image of legendary singer Diana Ross carrying her bag as she climbs from Concorde in Paris. Sportspeople, entertainers and explorers have all become an important part of MCM’s story.

The Heritage Collection is available now in over 400 stores worldwide and online via the link below.
