The 1960s Mini Moke is returning to production, albeit in electric form. Originally, the Mini was designed to be a military vehicle, but it quickly become beloved for being a beach buggy.

Aptly dubbed the E-Moke, the ride will have a top speed of 25 miles per hour and a range of roughly 40 miles. Similar to a golf cart, the Moke is designed to be a utility vehicle.

In addition, the company is expected to produce a gas-engine model, capable of cruising at speeds of up to 65 miles per hour.

As far as the overall aesthetic goes, the all-new Moke boasts similar design aspects to that of the original. While sitting noticeably low to the ground, the vehicle welcomes a four-seat layout with weatherproof seats, power steering, safety roll bars and an upgraded sound system.
