Where the runway meets the street

In a recent post on the @supreme_leaks_news Instagram profile, it has been said that an original deck from the coveted Supreme x Louis Vuitton “collaboration” of 2000, not 2017, has just sold for an astonishing $10,000.

Given the popularity of both brands, in particular, Supreme, it is no wonder that this 17-year-old piece has become even more collectible than originally expected. With this year’s collaborative announcement having caused quite the stir, it comes as little, to no surprise, that dated pieces such as this have ramped up so considerably in price.

Despite having never been listed as an official collaboration, followed by Louis Vuitton filing a cease and desist against Supreme, it would appear that the product still found its way into the hands of one, if not a few, lucky customers. Judging by the recent eBay sale price, it would be safe to assume that the original set of three could fetch anywhere up to $30,000 if sold together.

Moving on to more “attainable” gear from Supreme, check out what fans wore to the brand’s most recent drop in collaboration with Jim Krantz here.
