It’s finally arrived… Visual proof that the Carter twins do indeed exist! Beyoncé posted a photo on Instagram of her one month old twins in the middle of the night in most of the U.S. on Thursday, July 13.
Sir and Rumi Carter were born June 13 at UCLA Medical Center. Shortly after Beyoncé gave birth, reports circulated that she and husband JAY-Z registered the names Sir Carter and Rumi Carter under U.S. trademark. Now it appears the rumors are true.
The photo, depicting a blue-veiled Beyoncé holding the twins surrounded by a floral archway, continues the visual style established in Beyoncé’s now iconic pregnancy announcement earlier this year, which quickly became the most-liked Instagram photo ever.
In addition to majorly stunting in this first image of the Carter twins, Beyoncé was just named the highest-paid musician of 2016 by Billboard.
