Kazuki Kuraishi is nothing short of prolific. His design work has featured for brands with like Bape and Clot. Frequent readers of the site will no doubt recognize the name, as the last few months have seen a number of posts dedicated to Kazuki’s work.
Perhaps the largest current project is the recently released collection with
adidas Originals. The scope of the project extends beyond footwear to jackets and shirts... and even tied in secondary collaboration with Neighborhood. The design is well rounded, running the gamut from subtle interpretation of the classic Campus 80 to more head turning work with animal print fabric.
Having previewed the collection in
full, we are now able to share with you Kazuki’s thoughts on the collaboration. Over email we discussed his background, his passion, and his hopes for future design work.
