11 Spring Street is an address in the one of the most expensive shopping and residential areas on this planet, right in the heart of Soho in NYC. If you have not seen the building than you should definitely try to make that happen before they turn it into luxury condos very soon.
It’s really a crazy experience, as you walk around in Soho and see one nice store after the other and then suddenly you arrive at 11 Spring Street and you see this building entirely covered with artworks of artists and mainly graffiti artists. To give this era a last shine the building has been also entirely painted inside by graffiti artists and street artist under the supervision of the Wooster Collective and was open for viewing this past weekend.
This building has a very special effect on you, on its surroundings and it being converted into just another upscale condo building marks the end of an era.
