Stussy x Commonwealth

Some 40 years ago, members of society whom faced persecution in the U.S. since its “discovery” decided that they had enough of the hate, and inequality. Led by strong influential leaders working toward a greater good for all men and women, civil rights leaders organized protests, marches, and influenced politicians to make changes in society. One of the most important leaders to step up to the plate and peacefully fight for the rights of the oppressed was Rev. Martin Luther King
To commemorate the great leader and the opening of Commonwealth D.C., Commonwealth and Stussy have partnered together to produce this t-shirt featuring one of the most powerful images of the Dr. King on our National Mall in Washington D.C.
