With casual footwear becoming more and more popular over the years, we also see new companies arise. Most of the time the new companies do not manage to really set themselves apart from the old rivals and to create something new, that people also accept. Thankfully there are a handful that do manage and Pointer Footwear out of the UK is one of them. The company was founded in 2004 by people that formerly worked for brands such as Silas and Carhartt. Since then they have been busy creating instant classics – easy to wear comfortable and stylish footwear.
Pointer manages to perfectly balance design and function in their footwear and caters rather to the lifestyle market than the athletic footwear market. Have a look at their Spring/Summer 07 collection and be impressed like so many before have been.
