Here we show you some new products of B.Q.E. a line having its roots in New York and Japan. We have presented you quite some time ago already goods by them but to refresh your mind here first some background on the brand.
“After several years in the apparel industry in Japan and New York, Kota Kuramoto established B.Q.E. in New York in 1998. He also opened and ran Cluster, a clothing store in New York’s Lower East Side. Originally designed and produced in New York City and launched down the Brooklyn Queens Expressway. Since 2006, B.Q.E. has been produced in Japan. Designed with simple lines and original style, Kota makes the most of his materials.”
The new releases have some very interesting twists. Among our favorites were the full zipped hoodies, using polka dots for the lining of the hood and a colorful zipper with 7 colors. They have it in black and red. Also interesting were the cotton check shirts, hand dyed for a natural uneven style with a firemen buckle front closure. We have never seen that before and it’s always great to come across new twists on old classics.
You can purchase B.Q.E. outside of Japan only via Own. Check out more pics after the jump.
