Frank’s Chop Shop New Era Series

Frank’s Chop Shop (FCS), a New York based full-service traditional barbershop, launches a new series of Limited Edition New Era Hats that will be available in the shop’s destination boutique for the hip and contemporary gentleman. The series will consist of the Frank’s Chop Shop (FCS) hat and the Frank151 issue hat.

The first hat to be released is the staple of the upcoming exclusive series and will hit on April 17th. The Frank’s Chop Shop (FCS) cap features all metallic embroidery, utilizing a large vintage straight razor across the front two panels, a Benjamin Franklin line logo on the side panel, and a large raised “chop” on the back. There is also a message from Benjamin Franklin himself quoted in gold script embroidery under the brim – “Beware of the young doctor and the old barber” – with a signature of course!

Up next is the Frank151 issue cap, which hits the FCS boutique on April 24th. The Chop Shop will be releasing a new Frank151 issue cap quarterly with each Frank151 book release. Inspirations will include variations from sports team colorways to a mascot of the issue’s theme. The staple of the series, a navy wool cap with a large white “F” logo on the front, will be available ongoing at FCS. Additional details include a small tonal Frank151 logo centered on the back and a silver metallic script quote on the green underbill from Benjamin Franklin which reads, “If you would not be forgotten as soon as you are dead and rotten, either write things worth reading, or do things worth the writing”.
