Sophnet x Island Slipper & Sophnet x Serge Mouille

Here we present you the latest Sophnet collaboration items, that got released in Japan. The brand got together with Island Slipper on a pair of sandals. Island Slipper is a company making sandals on Hawaii since 1946. They offer quality sandals for fair prices already since more than 50 years. Now Sophnet got together with them and created a classic pair of sandals, which come in two colorways – black and brown.
Also the Japanese brand got together with Serge Mouille. Serge Mouille is a famous French protagonist, known for his outstanding lamp designs. Sophnet features on a t-shirt one of his most famous models he ever created.
Sometimes we are very impressed by the creations of the Japanese brands and many times its not even so much by the end product, which can be very simple, but because of the process and idea. Sophnet could have made a normal Sandal in Japan and it would have been just fine. Instead they research until they find somebody special in this craft and then only create the product they have in mind. Impressive!
