Here we present you a nice new series of Vans – the Original Duke Kahanamoku Surfers. Duke Paoa Kahinu Mokoe Hulikohola Kahanamoku (August 24, 1890 – January 22, 1968), “The Big Kahuna”, is generally regarded as the inventor of the modern sport of surfing. He was also an Olympic champion in swimming.
Vans will soon release a series of sneakers carrying his name and typical Hawaiian designs on them. Overall they present in this collection the classic Vans slip-on and Era sneakers each in several colorways. Via Vitasoy.
