We have not been big fans of the latest releases of the Adidas EQT and also the special occasion models and collaborations did most of the time not turn out very nice, simply due to the choices of colors. Basically we only saw neon sneakers and that can look good, but can also easily go wrong.
Here you see now the Adidas x Robot Films 3M EQT and this one is not looking too bad. The 3M upper gives the sneaker an overall nice look in silver and once the flash goes onto them they show what they can do. Available soon at Major DC.
Let’s see how long this 3M trend holds on. Recent releases based entirely on this feature were: Huf x DVS, Huf x New Era, Original Fake Hoodies and also many Nike sneakers featuring the material. It seems like it took over glow-in-the-dark.
