Most of you have heard of Jacob & Co., the number one jeweler of the hip hop world. To date they have made a lot of noise, usually because of their huge watches, packed with diamonds. This time they played around with the MTV Moon Man.
Jacob &Co., together with MTV, has designed a one-of-a-kind Diamond “Moon Man” to celebrate the 2007 Video Music Awards. Recognizing the talent, dedication and hard-work put forth by each year’s winners, as well as the magnitude of the event overall.
Featuring 15 Carats of Black and White Diamonds set in 14K Yellow Gold, the Jacob & Co. “Moon Man” stands at 13″ tall and just over 900 Grams (2lbs) - worth more than $200,000. At this point we are not sure what they will actually do with this piece, we doubt that every MTV Music Award Winner will get one!
