APC Surplus NYC New York already has one of the nicest A.P.C. stores in Soho, and now luckily they got another one, A.P.C. Surplus. The new store, located in Williamsburg, will be carrying will be acting as an outlet and will also carry special vintage one-offs, making it definitely a store to check out once in a while.
