Artist Sam Gibbons draws inspiration from comics, sex, death, violence and Rorschach tests. There is a spontaneous explosion from center in each piece, with figures and colors intertwining via acrylic on wood panel. Gibbons is currently showing at Hartford, CT’s Real Art Ways. Examples of his work, like "Sickhead" above, can also be seen at Claire Oliver Gallery in New York.
