Bobby Digital – Digi Snax

23 June 2008, 16.30 | Posted in Music | No comments »

highsnobiety - bobby digital
There are a number of quality hip-hop releases set for this week. Vast Aire’s album is excellent. The Sad Clown dubs from Atmosphere always worth a listen. A new set from Three 6 Mafia could entertain. Lil’ Flip will, no doubt, continue to play idiot savant and ruin the English language (as he does with the spelling of his new LP title).
All that is overshadowed though. Bobby Digital is back! Yes, RZA’s alter ego. Now, this might not be as good as RZA in Grave Digga’s, but still exciting. The cover sees Bobby seated as the Prince of Shaolin surrounded by a busty and, clearly, deadly harem. A tidy amalgam of personal and shared Wu interests in the drawing.
