highsnobiety - reebok x sneakers n stuff sns 5000
For this collaboration between the SNS crew and Reebok, inspiration was taken from a province in the middle of Sweden best known for the Dalecarlian horse or “Dalahästen” which a is wooden horse painted with a technique called kurbits. First carved in the 17th century as a toy for Swedish children, the tradition still remains. In 1939 the Dalecarlian horse represented Sweden at the New York World’s Fair and since then the horse has been a very strong symbol for the country.
The Reebok x Sneakers N’ Stuff SNS 5000 will be released on July 25th at Hanon in an edition of 300 pairs worldwide. Oh, and the Dalecarlian horse is actually included.
Some more details after the jump.
