We just came across Maccheronian, a brand which seems to be based out of Japan. Their latest model is this "Italian Army Sneaker". It features a mix of canvas and suede on the upper and features the Italian flag colors both in the logo on the mid sole and on the upper lace holes.
One thing is for sure, we do not come many time across such stylish army sneakers. They are now available at Journal Standard in black and off-white.
