22 September 2008, 14.06 | Posted in Books & Magazines | No comments »

Over the weekend we gave you first look at the fantastic upcoming Arkitip Issue 0048, in collaboration with artist Ryan McGinness. The issue now went on sale, limited to 2000 pieces worldwide.

Above you see the Ryan McGinness chronicle with further information on the issue. It comes packaged in a custom box created by Incase.

“The book titled Aesthetic Comfort is published by Arkitip on the occasion of the Aesthetic Comfort exhibitions in the Fall of 2008. This artist’s book features details of McGinness’ paintings converted to coarse halftones and printed in 4 fluorescent inks: orange, yellow, pink, and green. It will accompany each issue edition, which is packaged in a custom designed box made exclusively for Arkitip by Incase.”

On the Arkitip site you can have a look at further videos of the new issue and the packaging.
