As some in the industry have already noted, why did this take so long? We might ask, is this the final red flag we need to really know that MTV is an old man at a young man’s party? Our hopes are that the videos come fast and furious, and generate the same joy accidentally catching a Hieroglyphics video on MTV 2 at 3am does.
