Caliroots is celebrating their 5th anniversary and will be releasing lots of special product in the coming months. To start the special occasion, they will host a party tonight at Berns 2:35:1, a Stockholm nightclub that has been given the looks of an iPod.
This Friday Caliroots will release their first collaborative project. Together with adidas and their brand new MI customization program, Cali created overall 5 sneakers. The five sneakers were done for being five years in business. Three of the five commemorate the various stores – Cali Flagship Store, Cali Skate Store and Cali SFD Sneaker Store. The other two were designed by the founders of Caliroots, Andreas and Per. They created three Superstars, a ZX and a Stan Smith.
Only two pairs per shoe are made, with the first one going to each store manager and to the two founders. The second pair of each style will be given away to you for free.
You can win these beauties only by emailing a picture of your finest “Cali Roots Moment” from the last 5 years, together with your shoe size. The “moment” can be a nice purchase or a nice situation you have been having with Caliroots. All pics will be posted on the Cali Roots Facebook page.
The winners will be announced on January 25th. The competition will go live this coming Friday, December 19th.
