From underground roots to national consciousness, Shepard Fairey’s Obama poster made him one of GQ’s Men of the Year. That honor is shared by the President-elect himself. Not surprisingly, Obama has been named TIME MAGAZINE Person of the Year. Who better than to design the cover for the issue than Shepard.
