We show you the latest Terminator Hi’s out of the Nike Spring 2009 collection. The sneaker has been pushed a lot by Nike this past year and it does not seem to stop any time soon. Here it comes in two new colorways, with suede uppers and checker, respectively herringbone, details on the toe box and the heel. The trail laces are a nice finish on these.

i\’ve seen nike do this so many times recently and it\’s starting to piss me off: they have a clean sneaker with a good colorway and then they add a detail that completely ruins the product. in this shoe, it\’s the checker patter on the toe box and back. both colorways would be perfect without this stupid pattern making the shoe too busy and clashing with the laces. if nike had just kept with the suede seen in the rest of the terminator where the checkerboard is, i would\’ve bought either of these. instead, they\’re just lame. does anyone else agree with me, or is this just taste? frankly, i\’m sick of nike making design decisions that i can\’t understand.
