The newly released Converse All Star Owari-Shippo Hi comes with a yellow/pink/blue upper with the pale yellow parts all being glow-in-the-dark. Once the lights turn off, basically the entire sneaker lights up. The sneaker is now available at Undefeated Tokyo Chapter Stores.
