For Spring 2009 Vans and Supreme once again get together and this time they worked on a double pack of sneakers, featuring the Half Cab and the Era. The pack comes in overall four colorways – black, white, green and red. The sneakers feature a grained print on the upper. Via Hypebeast/Cool Trans.

The Supreme label does not make these shoes good, they\’re pretty bad compared to other Vans x Supreme releases
