I like the the ones with the straps especially pink soled high top. The Stussy Dunk colorway isn’t bad either. But if they sell for 600-800 $ a pair I don’t think these will be a great success. But I bet there will be fakes out very soon that will sell for 200 bucks

Am I the only person who can\’t understand what LVMH get out of this collab? I\’m sure Kayne will be making $$$\’s out of this but all they get are sneakers that won\’t be worn by their regular customers (due to being badly designed) and won\’t be worn by Kanye fans (what 16 year old McDonalds burger-flipper can afford $600 shoes?). In my mind it just devalues the LVMH brand…
For LVMH? The idea is always the same, opens a new demographic to them. People that are into Kanye will try to buy these sneakers and maybe did not know or appreciate Vuitton before. Its the same idea why they worked with Pharrell on jewelry. And even if not so many people buy the sneakers, just look at the amount of publicity they already got for it. One reason why I believe that they will sell a lot of the sneakers, is that their regular sneakers REALLLLY SUCK. LV pattern all-over, basically unwearable. Whatever you might think about these Kanye designed sneakers, they are way better than the regular LV sneaker line-up.
And i also believe, if these sneakers here would not be designed by Kanye, we would see a lot less bitching and suddenly more people would be into it, the ones that now dont want to be into them, simply because Kanye is involved.

I like the ones with the large strap on top, but not in that grey/pink sole/brown colorway. Not also a big fan of how the laces fray out after the gold band. If that model was offered in the same colorway as the other ones on the bottom (eggshell/white sole or the black/white sole) I would consider it. But for 960 bucks I could buy 3 other pairs by other brands that are of equal or better design.
