Matt George tips us off on the upcoming Veilance Collection by ARC’TERYX. Using the knowledge and technical know-how that they have built in performance design, the brand now uses it for a urban inspired collection. You could compare the approach to a brand such as Acronym. They use high tech fabrics, techniques and design for everyday clothes. The preview makes us hope for the very best. Veilance is certainly an interesting project that you should keep an eye on.

Such sweet stuff! Field Jacket – http://www.flickr.com/photos/ltd1982/4015208895/
Arcteryx is not what it was and now a higher priced Nau garmet ?This is Nau stuff with that said I am glad to see Arc in the game I guess I wish I could afford it?
I just received the Field Blazer today, wore out and about downtown Portland Oregon, inwhich the temp was around 15 degrees. I was warm with only a tee shirt and the Field shirt underneith. I was warm, looked good and well, I was wearing Arc’Teryx what more can I say, it was a good day.
I must say you get what you what you pay for, but at $900 the Blazer could fit a bit better. A bit loose in the shoulders, and tight in the hips. I ordered size 44 and it was a bit loose still. So order a size smaller.
Yes, I will continue to oder the collection and brag about it to my friends.
