Shepard Fairey is one of the most celebrates artists of his generation and has already worked with Arkitip magazine in the early days of the mag. He finally returns and will be the artist in focus for issue 51.
“In celebration of 20 years of his seminal ‘Obey’ campaign, this issue will feature Shepard’s long overdue return to Arkitip, where he was last featured in Issue No. 0003.
This limited issue edition, complete with packaging and issue supplement, will be available for individual purchase Summer 2009.
In addition, we are proud to annouce Arkitip will celebrate the release of this special issue edition with a Shepard Fairey exhibition in Los Angeles, California. Location, dates and further details forthcoming.”
