Recently Carhartt celebrated the opening of their new Tokyo flagship store. For the occasion the workwear brand got together with fragment design to collaboration on two t-shirts, both featuring “Qatsi” on the front and the fragment design logo on the back.
“The word “qatsi” that appear on the t-shirt is a Hopi Indian word meaning “life out of balance” and is the title of the QATSI trilogy directed by Godfrey Reggio, an essays of visual images and sound which chronicle the destructive impact of the modern world on the environment.” Via SlamJam.
The Carhartt x fragment Design T-Shirts are now available at Bobos. Detailed images follow after the jump.

I bought a Carhartt shirt about two years ago and they are still in great shape. I wear them to work almost daily. I’ll never throw them out.
